SOBHA Limited was founded in 1995 by P.N.C. SOBHA's factories recycle construction water and material waste as a standard part of operations, and the timber used in its manufactured doors is PEFC-certified, sourced from suppliers committed to afforestation. SOBHA fabricates its own aluminium doors, windows and structural glazing systems, covering curtain walling, spider glazing and suspended glazing, at a dedicated facility spanning roughly 100,000 square feet. In-house production allows tighter control over finish quality and weather performance on facades.
One of the largest such factories in India, this division produces kitchens, wardrobes, doors and furniture using PEFC-certified timber, serving SOBHA's own residential projects as well as corporate and hospitality clients. Upgraded infrastructure supports a monthly capacity of around 70 home interiors and 7,000 doors.
SOBHA runs its own mechanical, electrical, plumbing and finishing teams rather than subcontracting these trades, reducing the coordination gaps that typically arise between multiple external vendors on a single site. This unified execution supports the consistency the brand cites across its 27-city portfolio.
A large internal team of architects and designers works alongside SOBHA's manufacturing divisions, allowing design intent to be translated directly into production specifications for concrete, glazing and interiors.
